Dr. Joseph Flechas was born and raised in North Carolina. He graduated from Loma Linda University-School of Dentistry in 2009.  Upon graduating dental school he became a Professor of Restorative Dentistry and taught graduate dental students at his alma mater.  He is a member of the American Dental Association(ADA) and the Montana Dental Association(MDA).

Dr. Joe loves the outdoors and enjoy's hiking, mountain biking, dirt biking, camping- anything that gets him into the mountains.

Oringally from Idaho. Dr. Tom ran a successful dental practice for over 25 years in Idaho Falls, ID. Cutting back from a full schedule is nice but you can't keep him away from dentistry! He loves helping people and educating. He is a part the the American Dental Association, Montana Dental Association, and licensed in IV sedation. 

Dr. Tom has 4 grown kids that he enjoys everything outdoors with.  You will find him biking, hiking, fishing, and spending time at the lake wth his family.

A smile is what you see when you come through the doors! Dawn has worked as a part of the front office team for 28 years. She enjoys helping wherever she is needed and above all else loves to make patients laugh because we all know laughter is good for the soul. 

Dawn has a son and daughter and two wonderful grandchildren. When she isn't working you will find her spending time with her grandkids and family. She enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, pickleball and boating. Serving her community and her church is her greatest joy.

Roxanne is a devoted Patient Coordinator who brings warmth, faith, and a personal touch to every interaction. Known for her love for Jesus and her incredible memory for names, she makes every patient feel seen and valued. With a heart for service and a welcoming spirit, Roxanne reflects Christ's love in all she does—one smile, one name, and one kind word at a time.

Roxanne and her husband have 2 grown daughters and an amazing grandson who she adores GREATLY. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, paddle boarding, pickleball and serving her community as well as her church. 

Amber is often the first friendly face patients see when they walk through the door—and the voice behind the reminder calls you meant to return. Officially hired for her organizational skills (unofficially for her personality), she keeps the front desk running smoothly whether she’s managing appointments, deciphering insurance details, or making a nervous patient laugh.

Though she has no formal dental training, she has watched several episodes of Grey’s Anatomy, which feels medically adjacent.

Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, baking, listening to true crime podcasts while cleaning (because balance) and organizing things that absolutely don’t need to be organized.

Teresa started her dental assistant journey 24 years ago. She has been with Dr. West for 22 of them! She loves being able to be creative in her job, meeting new people and making their experience the BEST it can be. 

Teresa has been happily married for 26 years and has 2 beautiful daughters. When she is not at work she is enjoying time with her family at home.

Teresa is a licensed dental hygienist with a passion for preventative care. With over 29 years of experience in the dental field, Teresa combines clinical expertise with a compassionate approach to help patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health.

She earned her degree in dental hygiene from Delta State College.

Known for her gentle touch and thorough cleanings, Teresa takes pride in helping patients feel at ease in the dental chair. One thing to note with Teresa, she loves her music and we love it too.

Outside the office, Teresa enjoys interior design, gardening, fly-fishing, mountain biking, playing pickle ball, and most of all spending time with her amazing pup Jackson. 

Amanda was born and raised in Oregon. She moved to Montana with her husband and 2 kids in September of 2023.

Amanda was introduced to the dental field and knew she wanted to be a dental hygienist at a young age. She graduated from dental hygiene school in 2013. She enjoys getting to know her patients, making them feel comfortable, and helping them have a great experience. She has always loved going to the dentist, and wants to help others feel the same way.

When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, hiking, hunting, kayaking, and four wheeling.

Linda joined us from the Low Country of South Carolina. Linda's experience in the dental field spans over 25 years, both as an office manager as well as a dental hygienist. 

After practicing dental hygiene in Colorado, South Carolina, and now Montana, Linda and her husband Dave and their dogs Beau and Gus, believe they have found their perfect home for their shared pursuits. In her free time you will find Linda fishing, hiking, and crafting. 

Harley is a lovable Mini Goldendoodle and the official comfort dog at Townsend Dental. With her calm nature and friendly tail wags, she helps patients — especially kids — feel relaxed during their visits.

She loves to greet patients at the counter. Harley’s job is to make your dental experience a little less stressful and a lot more fun. Off the clock, she enjoys squeaky toys, belly rubs, and naps under the front desk.

Harley isn’t just a dog — she’s part of the dental team!
